Commissioning A Portrait
I'm currently accepting a
limited number of portrait commissions. The process starts with a
consultation over photographs of the subject. If the client lives in the Tampa
Bay area of Florida, my husband is available for photo shoots. Outside of that
area, the client is expected to provide photographs. After the client and
I have discussed the
subjects, background, color, and theme, a date is set to begin the
portrait. Portraits take from two to eight weeks to complete. Portrait
sizes and prices are listed below . Acrylics are done on wrapped canvas, so
framing is not necessary. Pastels are done on paper and must be framed
under glass with protective mats. A deposit is required up front, with the remainder due on
delivery. Once the portrait is started, the deposit is non refundable. To
